Laundry service in Tibubeneng with free pickup & delivery

What Tibubeneng does to your clothes

Tibubeneng is where Canggu quiets down into an actual village: family compounds, temples, rice fields and long-stay villas set back off the main road. It is a longer ride from the beach, which usually means less sand and more of the ordinary problem of running a household's laundry week after week in Bali's humidity, where anything left half-dry starts to smell fast.

TRAST treats a Tibubeneng pickup the same as any other: sorted by colour and fabric, stains treated before washing, dried fully, ironed and folded, back within 24 hours. The difference here is mostly logistics — knowing the lane, the gate, or the caretaker to ask for.

How pickup works in Tibubeneng

1. Send your location pin on WhatsApp, with a landmark if the lane is easy to miss.
2. Leave the bag at the gate or with staff, no lists or hangers needed.
3. We collect by scooter, following the same route we run through Tibubeneng daily.
4. Delivery within 24 hours, washed, ironed and folded, back to the same gate.

What Tibubeneng customers usually send

• Villa bed linen and towels for long-stay households, see bed linen & towels

• Work clothes for people commuting into Canggu or working from home
• Kids' and family laundry, sorted and washed separately from delicates

Why Tibubeneng regulars stay with TRAST

A long stay in Tibubeneng means laundry becomes a weekly fact of life, and the households that stick with TRAST are the ones who got tired of grey whites and lost socks from cheaper options. Every order is handled separately, inspected before washing, and backed by our stain removal guarantee, so a spilt coffee or a child's mud-stained shirt is not a fight to fix.

Booking and paying for a Tibubeneng pickup

There is no app and no prepayment, payment happens once your laundry is back and checked. TRAST has run a route out to this village since the business started serving Canggu more than three and a half years ago, and every household's order stays fully separate from pickup to delivery, so a family's linen is never mixed with a neighbouring villa's wash. We use organic products only, no chlorine, no phosphates, no optical brighteners and no fragrance, which is part of why residents settled in for months at a time keep sending their whites and children's clothes to us rather than risking a street kiloan shop's single wash cycle. If your household's schedule shifts, tell us in the same WhatsApp thread and the next pickup moves with it.
