Before you send your first bag
Most first-time customers ask the same five things: how to book, what it costs, how long it takes, whether pickup is really free and what happens to stains. The short version: message us on WhatsApp with a location pin, 100,000 IDR per kg with everything included, ready in 24 hours, pickup and delivery free in every area of Bali, and if a stain does not come out that item is free.

How do I book a laundry pickup?

Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?
No. Leave the bag at the villa gate, with security, at hotel reception or at your coliving desk, and tell us where. Delivery works the same way.
Which areas do you cover?
What are the prices?
100,000 IDR per kg for clothes, bed linen and towels; 150,000 IDR per pair of shoes; minimum order 200,000 IDR. Pickup, delivery, stain removal, ironing and folding are included. See the price list.
What does the minimum order mean?
Each order totals at least 200,000 IDR, about 2 kg, roughly a few days of one person's clothes. We wash even a single t-shirt, but the order is charged at the minimum.
Is pickup and delivery really free?
Yes, in every area of Bali, with no distance surcharge. See pickup and delivery.
How is the weight measured?
At the workshop, after inspection, on a scale. We send you the weight and the total in WhatsApp before delivery.
When do I pay?
After delivery, when your clothes are back. No prepayment, no deposit. Payment options are agreed in WhatsApp.
How long does it take?
Ready in 24 hours from pickup, including washing, drying, ironing and folding. If you have a checkout or flight, tell us and we plan around it. See express 24h laundry.
Can you do it faster than 24 hours?
Our promise is 24 hours, and we prefer to keep it rather than make a faster one we cannot always meet. Tell us your deadline in WhatsApp and we do our best to plan around it.
Do I need to sort, count or list my clothes?
No. Everything goes in one bag. Every item is inspected, recorded and sorted at the workshop. You do not need to point out stains or provide hangers.
Is my laundry mixed with other people's?
Never. Each customer's order is handled separately from pickup to delivery, in the machine, in the dryer and on the folding table, and packed per customer.
What happens if an item goes missing?
Because every order is handled separately and every item is inspected and recorded at intake, items do not get mixed into other orders. If anything about your delivery does not match what you sent, message us straight away and we sort it out in chat.
What products do you use?
100% organic laundry care with no chlorine, no phosphates, no optical brighteners, no fragrance and no commercial powders. Gentle on skin and on fabric.
Do you wash whites separately?
Yes. Whites, colours, darks and delicates are washed in separate loads at the temperature their labels allow. That is why whites stay white.
Is ironing included?
Yes. Steam ironing of shirts, dresses, trousers and linen is part of every order. Sheets are pressed on request. See ironing.
How does the stain guarantee work?
If we cannot remove a stain from an item, the cleaning of that item is free. Stains are treated by hand before washing. Some stains, such as dye transfer, rust or bleach spots, are permanent and we tell you honestly. See stain removal.
Can you wash silk, linen and swimwear?
Yes. Delicates are washed cool in their own load and dried in the air or flat, in shape. We do not offer dry cleaning; if a label says dry clean only, we tell you and you decide. See delicates.
Do you clean shoes?
Yes. Sneakers, sandals, leather and suede are cleaned by hand at 150,000 IDR per pair, in the same pickup as your clothes. See shoe cleaning.
Do you handle bed linen and towels for villas?
Yes. Linen is washed separately, dried fully so it does not smell damp, pressed on request and packed per set. See bed linen and towels and TRAST for villas and hotels.
