Laundry service in Umalas with free pickup & delivery
Umalas is a residential area of villas and family compounds a few minutes from our base in Kerobokan. It is our fastest route on the island: bags collected from Umalas in the morning are back, clean and ironed, the next morning without fail.
What Umalas does to your clothes
Umalas is where families and long-term expats live rather than holiday. Days are school, work and errands on the scooter along Jalan Umalas, weekends are the beach in Berawa or Seminyak. The laundry reflects that: full weekly loads of everyday clothes, uniforms, work shirts, bedding and towels, plus the odd linen dress or silk top that needs proper care.
The problem in Umalas is volume. A household of four produces more laundry than a villa machine and a drying rack can handle in the humid air, and the result is a permanent backlog of half-dry towels. TRAST takes the entire load: every Umalas order is inspected, sorted by colour and fabric, treated for stains, washed with organic products, dried the right way, steam ironed, folded and delivered back within 24 hours.

Why Umalas households stay with TRAST
Umalas customers are our most regular: the same families, the same day every week, for months or years. What they value is consistency. Each order is handled separately, so nothing gets mixed with another household. Every item is inspected before washing, whites stay white, colours do not fade and the bag comes back complete. If a stain does not come out, that item is free.
