The four things people mention

Reading the reviews, the same four points come up again and again. They map directly onto the process we run on every order.

1. Stains actually gone. Every item is inspected and stains are treated by hand before washing. If one does not come out, that item is free. See stain removal.
2. Whites still white. Whites, colours and darks are washed in separate loads, with organic products and no chlorine. Nothing goes grey. See wash, dry, iron and fold.
3. Shoes like new. Sneakers cleaned by hand, one pair at a time, dried in shape. See shoe cleaning.
4. On time. Pickup at the time you chose, delivery within 24 hours, planned around checkouts and flights. See pickup and delivery.
