Terms of Service

These Terms apply when you book or use TRAST Laundry Bali services through our website, WhatsApp, Instagram or other channels.

1. Services

We provide laundry-related services in Bali, including pickup, inspection, sorting, washing, drying, ironing, folding, stain care, shoe cleaning and delivery, subject to availability in our service areas.

2. Booking and pricing

• Orders are typically booked via WhatsApp or other contact channels we publish.
• Published prices (for example per kg or per pair of shoes) and minimum order amounts may change; we confirm pricing for your order before or during service.
• Free pickup and delivery apply within our covered Bali areas unless we tell you otherwise.

3. Your responsibilities

Please provide accurate pickup/delivery location and contact details, and note any fragile, valuable or special-care items. Empty pockets of valuables before handover. Items are accepted at your risk for undeclared valuables left inside garments.

4. Care and stain guarantee

We inspect and care for items using reasonable professional judgment. Our stain removal guarantee applies as described on our website: if we cannot remove stains from an item, cleaning for that item is free. We may decline items that cannot be safely processed.

5. Turnaround

Standard turnaround is about 24 hours where capacity and location allow. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, volume, fabric needs or incomplete pickup information.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for loss or damage is limited to the cost of the affected cleaning service or a reasonable amount related to that item’s care, whichever is appropriate in the circumstances. We are not responsible for pre-existing wear, manufacturer defects, shrinkage of unlabeled fabrics, or color loss inherent to certain materials.

7. Website and communications

Website content is for information about our laundry service. Online booking tools, chat and ads may use third-party platforms. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page.
