Guest orders are handled and packed separately from house linen, delivered back to reception or the room, and paid after delivery. It is an easy service to offer without adding work for your staff.
Pricing and terms
Property laundry is priced by weight at the standard rate, 100,000 IDR per kg, with pickup, delivery, stain removal, pressing and packing included. A double sheet set with pillowcases is roughly 1.5–2 kg, a bath towel 500–700 g, so a two-bedroom villa changeover typically comes to 6–10 kg.

How is property laundry priced?

Can you collect on a fixed schedule?
Yes. Many properties send linen on changeover days or on a weekly routine. Tell us your calendar and we plan pickups around it.
Do you keep our linen separate from other properties?
Yes. Every order is handled separately, washed in its own loads, and packed and labelled per room, so nothing is swapped between properties.
Can guests order laundry directly?
Yes. Guests can message us on WhatsApp themselves, or you can book on their behalf and tell us who to ask for at reception. Guest orders are handled and packed separately from house linen.
