The reason the per-kg rate is higher than a street kiloan is that the number covers the whole job, not a machine cycle:
- Free pickup and delivery in every area of Bali, from Canggu to Ubud and Uluwatu
- Inspection of every item before washing
- Sorting by colour and fabric; your order is never mixed with anyone else's
- Stain removal by hand, with a guarantee: if a stain does not come out, that item is free
- Washing with organic products: no chlorine, phosphates, optical brighteners, fragrance or commercial powders
- Drying the way each fabric wants, tumble or air
- Steam ironing and folding
- Packing per customer and delivery within 24 hours
Delicates, bed linen and towels and 24-hour turnaround are all covered by the same price.
Shoes
Shoe cleaning is priced per pair, 150,000 IDR, because each pair is cleaned by hand. Shoes can go in the same bag as clothes and share the pickup. Two pairs on their own already meet the minimum order.
First order
New customers can try TRAST from 100,000 IDR on their first order. Mention it in your WhatsApp message and we confirm the details in chat.
Payment
You pay after delivery. The order is weighed at the workshop after inspection, we send you the total in WhatsApp, and you settle it when your clothes are back. No prepayment, no deposit. Payment options are agreed in chat.
