Laundry service in Nusa Dua with free resort pickup & delivery

What Nusa Dua does to your clothes

Nusa Dua is the resort peninsula: manicured grounds inside the ITDC area, calm beaches, watersports at Tanjung Benoa, conference halls and families who came for the pool. Clothes here live between the beach and the dinner table. Swimwear and towels get used twice a day, sunscreen ends up on every white collar, and business guests need a fresh shirt every morning of the conference.

Every resort has a laundry service, and every one of them prices it per item. A shirt, a dress, a pair of shorts, each with its own line on the bill, and a family's week of laundry quickly costs more than a night in the room. Outside the gates there is very little else. TRAST is the alternative that comes to you: every Nusa Dua order is inspected, sorted by colour and fabric, treated for stains, washed with organic products, dried the right way, steam ironed, folded and back at your reception within 24 hours, priced per kg.

How pickup works in Nusa Dua

1. Send a WhatsApp message with the resort or villa name, a location pin and a pickup time.
2. Leave the bag at reception with your name and room number, or with your villa staff. No lists, no counting.
3. Our courier collects on the daily southern route through the ITDC gates.
4. Delivery within 24 hours to the same reception, ironed, folded and packed.

Why Nusa Dua guests switch to TRAST

Most of our Nusa Dua customers looked at the resort laundry price list once and messaged us the same evening. What they get is the resort convenience, collected from and returned to reception, at a per-kg price with everything included. Each order is handled separately, every item is checked before washing, whites stay white and if a stain does not come out, that item is free.

Send your Nusa Dua resort name and room number on WhatsApp and we will confirm a pickup on the next southern run.
