24-hour express laundry in Bali
At most laundries in Bali, 24 hours is the express option and costs double. At TRAST it is simply how every order works: we pick up today and deliver tomorrow, with the full process in between. If you are checking out, catching a flight or leaving for the Gilis, we plan the delivery around it.
Why 24 hours is our standard, not our express
Bali life moves fast: villas change, flights leave, boats to Nusa Penida depart at 7 am. A laundry that needs three days is useless for most travellers, and an express option that doubles the price punishes you for having a normal schedule.
So we built the whole process around one day. Pickup in the morning or afternoon, inspection and sorting on arrival, washing, the correct drying for each fabric, steam ironing and folding, then delivery by scooter the next day. The full process fits in 24 hours because it is planned for it, not squeezed into it.
How to make a deadline
- Book early in the day. Every hour you gain at pickup is an hour of margin at delivery.
- Tell us the deadline. Checkout at 11, flight at 6 pm, boat at 7 am. We write it on the order and plan backwards from it.
- Send a location pin for pickup and, if different, for delivery. Moving from Canggu to Ubud? We deliver to the new place.
- Leave the bag out. Villa gate, reception or coliving desk. No counting, no list.
If a deadline is genuinely too tight for the full process, we tell you in chat before pickup, not at delivery.
What does not get skipped
Speed at TRAST does not mean shortcuts. Inside the 24 hours every order still gets:
- Inspection of every item and stain treatment by hand before washing
- Separate loads by colour and fabric, never mixed with other customers
- Drying chosen per fabric: tumble for towels, air for delicates and swimwear
- Steam ironing and folding
- Packing per customer and free delivery
The only thing we do differently for a deadline is scheduling. The process stays the same.
Shoes and linen in 24 hours
Shoe cleaning usually fits in the same 24 hours. Heavily soaked shoes can need extra drying time, and we tell you if that is the case. Bed linen and towels are back within 24 hours as well, which is why villa hosts use us for same-week changeovers.

Express 24h — questions
Is there an extra charge for 24-hour laundry?
No. 24 hours from pickup is our standard turnaround for every order, at the standard 100,000 IDR per kg. There is no express tier and no surcharge. See the price list.
Can you do it faster than 24 hours?
Our promise is 24 hours, and we would rather keep that promise than make a faster one we cannot always keep. If you have a tight deadline, tell us in WhatsApp with your pickup and we plan the order around it.
I am checking out tomorrow. Can I still send laundry today?
Yes, this is the most common request we get. Tell us the checkout time when you book, and we schedule pickup and delivery so your clothes are back before you leave. Send the pickup as early in the day as you can.
Does 24 hours include ironing?
Yes. The full process, including steam ironing and folding, fits inside the 24 hours. See ironing.
Do you deliver to a different address than the pickup?
Yes. If you are moving from a villa in Canggu to a hotel in Ubud, we can deliver to the new address. Tell us both locations in WhatsApp.
