Why pickup beats dropping off

Finding a laundry in Bali is easy. Finding one, parking the scooter, carrying the bag in, explaining what you want, coming back two days later and doing it again next week is the part nobody enjoys. Add rain, traffic and a laundry that has "moved to a new location", and dropping off becomes a half-day errand.

Pickup removes the errand. You send one message, leave a bag, and the next day it is back. For long-stay residents in Canggu or Umalas, that is a weekly routine that takes thirty seconds. For a traveller in Seminyak with a flight tomorrow, it is the difference between clean clothes and a suitcase of damp t-shirts.

Step by step

1. Message us on WhatsApp. Send your location pin, a pickup time that suits you and, if you like, a note about anything special: a stain, a delicate item, a checkout deadline.
2. Leave the bag. At the gate, with security, at reception, at the coliving desk or hand it to the courier. Tell us where and, if it is a hotel, the room or name to ask for.
3. We collect it by scooter. The only way to move reliably through Bali traffic and into the narrow gangs where most villas are.
4. Inspection at the workshop. Every item is checked and weighed. If something needs a decision (a stain that may be permanent, a dry clean only label) we message you.
5. Full care. Sorting, stain removal, washing, drying, ironing, folding, packing per customer.
6. Delivery within 24 hours. Back to the same door, or to a new address if you have moved. You pay after delivery.

Where we pick up

Villas and guesthouses, hotels and resorts, apartments and colivings, surf camps and yoga retreats, private homes. If you can send a pin, we can collect. Some of the most common pickup points:

• Villa gate or security post, the classic Bali handover
• Hotel and resort reception, with your room number and name
• Coliving and coworking desks in Canggu and Berawa
• Surf camps and retreats in Uluwatu, Canggu and Ubud
• Directly from you at a café or on the beach, if that is easier

What to prepare (almost nothing)

• One bag. Any bag. You will get it back.
• No counting. We inspect and record every item at the workshop.
• No sorting. Whites, colours, delicates, shoes, towels, all together is fine.
• No hangers. Everything comes back folded and packed.
• No prepayment. You pay after delivery.

Check pockets for cash, keys and earbuds. That is the only thing we ask.

The minimum order

Pickup and delivery are free because they are built into the 100,000 IDR per kg price with a minimum order of 200,000 IDR, roughly 2 kg or a few days of one person's laundry.
