Laundry service in Nelayan with free pickup & delivery

What Nelayan does to your clothes

Nelayan sits one street back from the Batu Bolong surf strip, along Jalan Nelayan and the gangs off it, mostly villas and family houses rather than cafés. It is quieter, but the laundry is the same Canggu mix: scooter dust, beach sand tracked in from a quick swim, and the general humidity that makes anything left half-dry start to smell.

Because most stays here are longer, a lot of what we collect in Nelayan is not just clothes but bed linen and towels for a villa that is being lived in properly, not just slept in for a weekend. TRAST washes linen separately from clothes, sorts everything by colour and fabric, and irons and folds before delivery, all in 24 hours.

How pickup works in Nelayan

1. Message us the villa name or a location pin on WhatsApp, plus a pickup time.
2. Leave the bag at the gate, with staff, or in the lockbox your villa uses.
3. We collect by scooter, quick from Jalan Nelayan to our sorting point.
4. Back within 24 hours, washed, ironed and folded, delivered to the same gate.

Nelayan and the streets around it

• Jalan Nelayan and the villa gangs that run off it
• Batu Bolong, a short walk towards the beach, see our Batu Bolong page
• Babakan, the next villa area north, see our Babakan page
• The rest of Canggu, which Nelayan is part of

What Nelayan customers usually send

• Bed linen and towels for villas on monthly or long-term rental, a large share of what we collect here
• Everyday clothes — shirts, dresses and shorts that come back ironed and folded, not just clean
• Delicates — silk and hand-wash-only pieces, handled through our delicates process
• Beach and gym clothes washed cool so colour and elastic hold up

Why Nelayan regulars stay with TRAST

Villa life in Nelayan usually means one household running its own routine, and laundry is easiest when it just happens on a schedule without anyone chasing it. Every Nelayan order is handled on its own, inspected before washing, and covered by our stain removal guarantee: if something does not come clean, that item is done again for free.

Booking and paying for a Nelayan pickup

Booking is a WhatsApp message, not a form, and there is no prepayment, you pay once the bag is back and you have checked it. TRAST has served this side of Canggu since the business started more than three and a half years ago, and every household's laundry is kept fully separate, sheets are never mixed with another villa's, clothes are never mixed with another family's. We use organic products only, no chlorine, no phosphates, no optical brighteners and no fragrance, which matters on quieter streets like Nelayan where a lot of what we collect is bed linen and children's clothes rather than beachwear. If your routine changes, a week off or an extra pickup for guests, a note in the same chat covers it.
