Laundry service in Pecatu & Ungasan with free pickup & delivery

What Pecatu & Ungasan do to your clothes

Pecatu and Ungasan spread across the southern tip of the Bukit, the villages behind the cliff villas above Padang Padang and Melasti. There is little in the way of shops or services out here, which is part of why people choose it, but it also means laundry is one more thing to plan around rather than solve on a corner. Salt air, sunscreen and the dust of the cliff roads all end up in the wash.

TRAST runs a regular route through Pecatu and Ungasan, so a villa here gets the same service as one in Canggu: sorted by colour and fabric, stains treated before washing, dried fully, ironed and folded, back within 24 hours.

How pickup works in Pecatu & Ungasan

1. Send your villa name or a location pin on WhatsApp, with a landmark if GPS is unreliable on the cliff roads.
2. Leave the bag at the gate or with staff, no counting or lists needed.
3. We collect by scooter, following our set Bukit route.
4. Back within 24 hours, washed, ironed and folded.

Why Pecatu & Ungasan regulars stay with TRAST

Being remote is the whole point of a cliff-top villa in Pecatu or Ungasan, and TRAST is built to work with that rather than against it: a scooter route that runs out here daily, a bag left at the gate, no shop to visit. Every order is inspected before washing and covered by our stain removal guarantee, so sunscreen and salt stains on white linen are not left to a villa's own washing machine.

Booking and paying for a Pecatu or Ungasan pickup

There is no app and no prepayment, payment happens once your order is delivered and checked. TRAST has run a daily route to this end of the Bukit since we started covering Uluwatu more than three and a half years ago, and every property's order stays fully separate, one villa's linen is never mixed with another's guest laundry. We use organic products only, no chlorine, no phosphates, no optical brighteners and no fragrance, which matters most here since cliff-top linen is often white and needs to stay that way through constant guest turnover. If GPS struggles with a particular lane, a landmark or your villa's name in the WhatsApp thread solves it.
